Try Acupuncture for your headache
No one likes to have a headache. But there is new advice for getting rid of it. Next time you've got a headache, you don't need to reach for medicine. Think tiny needles--acupuncture--instead.
I know acupuncture is kind of scary, but it really doesn't hurt. And it's an all-natural, totally safe remedy for headaches. According to the December issue of the journal Anesthesia & Analgesia, 62 percent of headache sufferers felt better with acupuncture. Only 45 percent felt relief after taking medicine, according to an article in USA Today.
How do you deal with your migraines?
I have to admit, I've tried acupuncture, and I love it. I would get it all the time if it were super cheap--though I hear that in some places, it is. Acupuncture is thought to treat many issues from infertility to body aches to boosting immunity.
